Move2gether is the name given to the Conveyancing Service offered by Taylor Hollinshead Solicitors Limited. It goes without saying that we believe that we can provide a friendly, efficient and cost effective conveyancing service to our clients. We do not believe, however, that to offer that service alone is enough in this day and age. The modern Consumer expects more, and that is why we have developed the Move2gether Scheme.

Web Based Case Tracker
... Case Tracker has been specially designed ... for ease of use and clarity.Available to clients and Introducers alike, this Case Tracker has been specially designed for Taylor Hollinshead Limited for ease of use and clarity. The site enables the noting of milestones in the transaction (for example the date when Contracts were received or searches sent out) but also contains a separate “message board” to provide more detail on the progress of the transaction. In addition the system automatically sends an e-mail to inform clients and Introducers that the system has been updated with a new event.
SMS Updating Service
Key events (for example exchange of Contracts or a request to contact us urgently) are notified to a nominated mobile number. This means that we can constantly keep in touch with our clients even if they maybe busy with other things.
Discount Card For Local Businesses
... an automatic 5% discount on production of the card. The Move2Gether Discount Card is a partnership between local Solicitors and local Businesses. The Businesses have all agreed to give an automatic 5% discount on production of the card. The Businesses that take part in the Scheme are those that are particularly relevant to clients who have just moved house (for example Businesses selling carpets, soft furnishings, kitchens, conservatories, garden products etc). The card is valid for one year from issue to give clients plenty of time to take advantage of the offers.
10% Discount on the Preparation of a Will
Moving house is often a good time to make a Will if you do not have one already or to review an existing Will. The recent increase in property prices has meant that many people now face the possibility of paying Inheritance Tax on their Estates. We recognise that in the weeks after moving house clients will probably have other things on their mind than sitting down and thinking about a Will and therefore our 10% discount scheme is valid for six months from the date of completion of the house purchase.
Full Credit and Debit Card Facility for payment of Legal Fees and Disbursements
We are able to offer a full credit and debit card facility (unfortunately not including American Express and Diners Club) for the payment, not only of our own fees, but also those expensive disbursements particularly Stamp Duty Land Tax. Please note that disbursements will attract a credit card surcharge of 1.6%, but our own fees and V.A.T. do not.
