Welcome to the Taylor Hollinshead Solicitors Limited personal injury service. You have all seen the adverts on T.V. so we do not have to tell you what claiming for a personal injury is all about.

We are the first to recognise that due to the activities of certain well publicised claims companies the whole business of making a claim for compensation to which you are entitled has got something of a bad name lately. This led us to develop the first of our Community Support programs whereby every time we take on a compensation claim where we are instructed directly by a member of the public, we invite the client to nominate a local charity or Good Cause to receive an initial donation of £50.00 directly from Taylor Hollinshead Solicitors. This payment is a payment on account of the 5% of the fee that will be paid at the end of the case. If the 5% works out at less than £50.00 then our initial donation will stand. If your case ultimately proves to be unsuccessful then the £50.00 donation will also stand.

In the past, many people have used this donation as a way of thanking the hospital that treated them, but you are entirely free to pick any suitable local cause or charity to receive the payment.

The main points of the Scheme are:

  1. We guarantee that you will receive 100% of your compensation. There are no hidden costs or loan interest payments or insurance premiums to pay.
  2. We will advise you on the best method of funding your case. Not everybody needs a No Win - No Fee Agreement, but sometimes it is the most suitable funding arrangement and if that is the case we will offer you that service.
  3. All our costs and fees in the event of a successful claim will be paid by the Insurance Company representing the person that you are claiming against. In the event of an unsuccessful claim our fees will be covered either by a No Win – No Fee Agreement or by a separate Policy of Insurance at no cost to yourself.
  4. Win or lose it will not cost you a penny.
  5. All of our clients will automatically receive membership to our Accident Management Club. This will entitle you to free recovery of your vehicle after a road traffic accident and a free replacement vehicle, as well as access to our legal advice.

Please note that we have a specialist department dealing with motorcycle accidents and are able to offer an instant replacement helment and bike hire if needed.

We can help with all types of accident claims including car accidents, accident at work and on other peoples' premises. We can also help in cases involving injury caused caused whilst holidaying abroad, as part of a pre-booked Package Holiday.
